Spring Turn-on

Our service rate is $50 for the first half hour. Each additional hour is $56 per man, pro-rated by 15 minute increments. Turn-ons may be quick or more involved, depending on the shape or upkeep of the system. We will seek authorization if our visit will exceed $150.

New Installation

We will design a conservation-based watering system for your existing landscape, or new design you have planned. Free on-site visit and estimate. You will receive a written proposal outlining each section of the project with a set price. Once work begins we ask for a 50% down payment. The balance is due upon completion. Ask about our winter discount; have your system installed during our downtime and save.

Repair/Remodel/Troubleshooting

We’ve seen it all: broken pipes/ heads, clogs, short-circuited wires, stuck valves, leaks, programming errors, etc. We can upgrade or remodel any existing system as well. Estimates are not available for repairs. Our service rate is $50 for the first half hour. Each additional hour is $56 per man, pro-rated by 15 minute increments. We have a vast wealth of experience to get the problem fixed quickly. We will seek authorization if our visit will exceed $150.

Rebates

Many water districts in the Seattle area offer rebates for upgrading your sprinkler timer, heads, and converting to drip. This is an effort to encourage water conservation by the Saving Water Partnership (hyperlink to savingwater.org). If you wanted improvements to your system, it can pay you back hundreds of dollars. Call us today to find out if you’re eligible.

New Waterline

We can replace your rusty old waterline from the meter at the sidewalk to the shut-off in your house. Many older homes have galvanized pipe that has so much oxidized buildup there isn’t sufficient flow to supply a sprinkler system. The pipe may also be crumbling and not safe to make a connection to.
We use long lasting copper or Pex pipe per local codes. Call for an estimate.

Drip Solutions

We offer many options to apply low volume watering to beds, pots, containers, and hanging baskets. We strive to achieve a good aesthetic with our product, and proper water application. Netafim dripline applies water directly to the soil. Water isn’t wasted misting in the air or saturating mulch before getting to the soil.

Backflow Testing

If you have received notice that the backflow assembly in your sprinkler system must be tested, we can do that. The $40 service includes testing the unit, sending a copy of the results to your water district, and sending you a copy of the results with your bill. Parts and labor cost extra if repairs are required. Backflow testing is required by the State Department of Health to protect the public drinking water supply. Backflow assemblies prevent contaminants from being siphoned back into the public drinking water supply.

Outdoor Lighting

We service as well as install quality fixtures to accent landscapes at night and provide added safety along walkways, steps, and patios. We promote the use of energy saving and longer lasting LED lights. We use products from Hadco, Kichler, Advantage, Vista, and FX. Call today for a free estimate.

Winterization

Protect your investment by having your entire sprinkler system emptied of water for the winter. Damage due to freezing can be expensive to repair. We use portable air compressors to blow out the system from shut off valve to the last head. $55 for systems up to 10 zones. Add $4 per additional zone. Last minute scheduling may cost extra for a special trip. Call us BEFORE October 15.
