This is the service where we put your sprinkler system safely to bed for the winter to make sure it does not incur freeze damage. We start winterizing our existing customer list Oct. 1st and finish before Thanksgiving.

Winterization Service Includes:

• Closing the main valve supplying the system
• Connecting air from a compressor on our vehicle
• Purging the water from the entire system zone by zone

This completely empties the water from all components preventing freeze damage. Some systems aren’t designed to be blown out in which case we drain them as best we can.

We begin winterizations the first week of October and aim to finish before Thanksgiving. Winterization does not include any other service needed at that time. We are limited in time to serve all of our customers and cannot do repairs or additional work that can wait until spring. Winterization is a flat rate based on system size. Our Guarantee
When City Rain winterizes your system between Oct. 1 and Nov. 15 we guarantee against any freeze damage or we will make the repair at no cost. Winterization after Nov. 15 may or may not be guaranteed depending on the on the night-time temperatures leading up to the date of your actual winterization.

Residential Rates: $100 for the first 8 zones and $5/ additional zones.*

Commercial/HOA or Rental Rates: $150 for the first 8 zones and $5 per additional zones.*
