Service/Repair
When we arrive with our fully stocked trucks, we are ready to identify the problem and get to work. We service all major brands of sprinkler and drip systems. Everything from broken heads, poor coverage, heads not popping up, controller problems, to leaks and breaks and big water bills.
Evaluations
Uncertain if your existing system isn’t all it could be? We can certainly take a complete look at your working pressure, flow, coverage, pipe sizing and programming. Unfortunately, a poorly designed system may not be apparent until the first dry season exposes its deficiency. We can come up with a solution going forward, which might be a long-term process to fit a budget over time. Once done, we’ll write up our conclusions and offer solutions.
Audits
Audits take an evaluation to the next level and can only be performed by an Irrigation Association certified CLIA (Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor). If you require an audit we can provide this service. Call for pricing.
- CLIAs quantify and analyze landscape irrigation water use. The auditor:
- collects site data.
- makes maintenance recommendations and perform minor repairs.
- performs field measurements and observations.
- determines irrigation uniformity and efficiency.
- develops a basic irrigation schedule.
- works with a water manager or property owner to manage overall irrigation water use.
Residential Rates: $120 for the first half hour of labor + tax and parts. Additional time is billed at $30 for each additional 15 minutes.
Commercial / HOA or Rental Property Rates: $200 for the first half hour of labor + tax and parts. Additional time is billed at $50 for each additional 15 minutes.
